MAJOR Magic Kingdom NEWS! Beignets Are Coming BACK!!!

At long last, we FINALLY got opening details for the highly-anticipated Tiana’s Bayou Adventure at Disney World.

In case you’re unfamiliar, let’s back up for a second. A NEW Magic Kingdom attraction called Tiana’s Bayou Adventure will open in Disney World on June 28th! This ride is taking over the old Splash Mountain attraction — but don’t worry, that epic drop lives on. We’ve seen animatronic previews, new character critter introductions, and ride testing all leading up to opening day. Disney just released even MORE news, though, and it has us so excited for June 28th that we can hardly WAIT.

Alright, do you remember how beignets with strawberry sauce popped up in Magic Kingdom in honor of Celebrate Soulfully? And we were hoping that they’d become a permanent snack addition to the park?

Well, Disney just confirmed that Tiana’s Famous Beignets would be RETURNING in honor of the ride’s official opening!

At Golden Oak Outpost and The Friar’s Nook, you’ll be able to snag fluffy beignets that are drizzled with honey and powdered sugar.

We have only two pieces of bad news, though. Firstly, it doesn’t seem they’ll come with strawberry sauce like before. Secondly, they won’t be here forever. They’re only available for a limited time, although Disney hasn’t specified the dates that you’ll be able to grab them.

We really do hope Disney will surprise us and bring back the strawb sauce.
