Carriage and Wagon Rides

Fireworks Wagon Rides at 8:30pm for the 9:00pm fireworks at the Magic Kingdom. (offers audio track for show - subject to fireworks being held at the Magic Kingdom.)

Price: $8.00 Adult; $5.00 Child (ages 3-9) Children under 3 are complimentary. Children ages 3-9 must be accompanied by an adult.

Reservations: Not accepted; Wagon Rides are on a first-come, first-served basis only.

Group Wagon Rides at
Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground

Group wagon rides are available throughout the year. They can be booked by calling the Trail Ride Reservation area at 407-824-2734. The rate for a group is $300 per hour. The wagon will hold 30 adults or a combination of 35 adults and children.

Carriage Rides at
Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground

A relaxing and intimate 25-minute carriage ride through Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. Small carriage holds 2 adults and 1 small child. Larger carriage holds 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 small children.

Reservations nightly (weather permitting)
First ride 6pm - Last ride departs 9:30pm
Pick up in front of Crockett's Tavern at Pioneer Hall

Price: 25-minute ride for $45 (tax included)
Tickets are sold by the carriage drivers
Cash and Disney Resort guest room charge accepted
Credit cards cannot be accepted

Guests wishing to check on same-day availability may also call WDW-PLAY for assistance.

Walk-up Guests are accepted at the departure location if the carriage is not in use or reserved by other guests for that time period. Please note that if the carriage is in use,

Cast Members will not be present at the departure location.
Carriage rides may be cancelled due to inclement weather.

$35 fee for no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.

Haunted Halloween Carriage Rides at
Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground

Reservations are now being taken 90 days in advance for "haunted" carriage rides through the woods of Fort Wilderness and along the shore of Bay Lake. During the 25-minute ride you will experience the "Legend of Sleepy Hollow" as told by your driver. Rides will be offered October 2 through November 1, and will depart every half hour between 7:30 and 10 p.m. from in front of Crockett's Tavern at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. Each carriage holds up to four adults or two adults and three small children. Rides cost $60. Full payment is due at time of booking. Those using a wheelchair must be able to walk aboard unassisted. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the experience at the check-in location. Call 407-WDW-PLAY (939-7529) to book.

NOTE: No smoking is allowed. Trips may be cancelled due to inclement weather. Do not assume that a ride is cancelled until you hear it from the driver.

Seasonal Sleigh Rides at
Wilderness Lodge

Sleigh Rides at Disney's Wilderness Lodge can now be booked 90 days in advance. The sleigh rides, which are available November 29 - December 30, are 25 minutes long and cost $60, for groups of up to four adults or three adults with two children. Rides depart from in front of Crockett's Tavern at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground every half hour between 5:30 and 10 p.m., and end at the same spot. You will be allowed to bring your own beverages on the ride. Those using a wheelchair must be able to walk aboard unassisted. Call 407-WDW-PLAY (939-7529) to book a sleigh ride -- a credit card guarantee is required. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy -- same day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the $60 fee. Rides must be paid for by either cash or room charge; the sleigh driver will not accept credit cards.

Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
