Universal Epic Universe is set to open in 2025, and we’ve been soaking up all the details announced so far. We’ve gotten sneak peeks at the various lands, rides, restaurants, and offerings in the park over the past several months. And now, we’re watching the construction closely!

Thanks to Twitter/X user @bioreconstruct, we have a glimpse at the construction happening on one of the Epic Universe roller coasters! Starfall Racers is going to be in the Celestial Park section, and it will feature a dual launch and speeds up to 62 MPH.

The coaster will also have heights of up to 133 feet and 5000 feet of track. Universal says you’ll be able to, “Race along an inverted crisscross, known as the “Celestial Spin” in a dazzling display of blazing colors and ethereal music.” You can see the Celestial Spin pictured below.

Since the track doesn’t have any external lighting at night, the lit-up vehicles are designed to look like comets shooting across the night sky. How cool is that?!

We can’t wait to learn more about this ride and check it out ourselves next year! So far, Universal hasn’t shared a specific opening timeline for Epic Universe outside of the opening year, so we’ll make sure to share that as soon as we find out.

We’ll make sure to keep you in the loop if we get any more details.
