Joffrey's Coffee and Tea Company, the official specialty coffee of Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resorts, and Disney Vacation Club, will release three unique and brand-new blends that, beginning this August, customers will be able to purchase online and in stores nationwide. To honor 90 years of Mickey Mouse, Joffrey's will introduce Disney Mickey's 90th Anniversary Blend: a smooth, medium-roasted, limited-edition blend that will be available late August. Additional specialty coffees include Disney French Bistro: a full-bodied dark roast currently offered at Walt Disney World and Disney Organic Peru Alto Mayo, a USDA Organic and Fair Trade Certified coffee that is farmed using sustainable methods in a protected area of the Amazon rainforest. Previously, all Joffrey's proprietary coffee blends, created by Roastmaster Chris de Mezzo in conjunction with chefs from Walt Disney World and Disneyland, were exclusive to signature restaurants throughout the resorts as well as online at www.joffreys.com/disneyparksandresorts.

-- Starting on June 12, Paddlefish will host wine tastings the second and fourth Tuesday of each month through September. Enzo's Hideaway at Disney Springs will launch its new weekly Sunday Supper on Father's Day, June 17. The only menu served will be the Sunday Supper menu; the regular menu will not be available. Bring a bottle (or two) of your favorite wine to toast with no additional corkage fee. This family-style feast is $45 a person and $19 for children 9 and under (price does not include tax or gratuity).

The Epcot International Food and Wine Festival returns to Walt Disney World Resort this fall with 75 days of entertainment, events, and, of course, a veritable cornucopia of wonderful food and tasty beverages. The festival's 23rd year runs from August 30 to November 12, 2018. This year's festival will continue its tradition of fine dining events, appearances by favorite Disney culinarians and top celebrity chefs, and a slate of concerts from favorite bands of the last few decades.

Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs will hold Pigs + Pints, the second in its guest chef series, on June 24 from noon to 3 p.m. The event will feature James and Julie Petrakis of neighboring restaurant The Polite Pig. Award-winning chefs from both restaurants will present a selection of pan-Asian and Southern-inspired dishes on the second floor and outdoor patio at Morimoto Asia. Food and beverage stations will offer dishes including pork cheek tamales, Florida peach glazed pork belly satay with spicy peanut sauce, Dim Sum Dogs (gyoza sausage with fried bao bun), Pork Skirt Steak Yakiniku Tacos and house-cured charcuterie. There will also be a whole roasted pig that will be sliced and served. Guests will have the opportunity to meet representatives from Frog Song Organics and Palmetto Creek Farms, along with reps from local breweries including Cask and Larder, Coppertail, Crooked Can Brewing Co., Red Cypress and Red Light Red Light. Starting May 28, the Magic Kingdom will offer a new After Fireworks Dessert Party, held at the Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant immediately following the Happily Ever After Fireworks.

The new offering, which is $69 for adults and $41 for children, includes fireworks viewing in a special area in the Plaza Garden, and an array of all-you-care-to-enjoy desserts and savory snacks.

Guests ages 21 and over can now enjoy wine and beer at The Plaza Restaurant, The Crystal Palace, and The Diamond Horseshoe. The beverages have been specially selected for each restaurant's unique menu.

Today the Disney Parks Blog announced that an all-new table service restaurant will be coming to the Japan Pavilion in World Showcase. The restaurant will be a signature dining experience inspired by the natural beauty of Japan. The setting will draw from both nature and takumi, which means "artisan" in Japanese, and the relationship between Japanese craftsmanship and the natural world will be evident throughout the space.

The as-yet unnamed restaurant will be operated by Mitsukoshi USA, which currently operates the merchandise, restaurants (Teppan Edo and Tokyo Dining), and kiosks in the Japan Pavilion.

No further construction details or planned opening date have been announced.

Wine Bar George, a 200-seat wine bar owned by Master Sommelier George Miliotes that's due to open at Disney Springs sometime this spring, previewed some of its menu items recently. With a kitchen helmed by Executive Chef Ron Rupert, Wine Bar George will present a range of diverse dishes, from a grilled octopus salad to macaroni and cheese bites to whole Greek sea bass that is large enough to share. Wine Bar George will reveal its entire menu and opening very soon.
