Disney World is celebrating Black History Month with new attractions, special dining, and entertainment!
As part of “Celebrate Soulfully,” Disney Springs will be included in the festivities and will feature musicians and specialty desserts during the month of February. Plus, a new attraction at EPCOT based on the Pixar movie, Soul, will debut too. And just announced, Disney World resorts will also hold special activities.
Disney World hotels will often host “Movies Under the Stars” where a projector is set up outside, playing Disney movies for guests. Throughout the month of February, resorts will play movies celebrating Black culture like The Princess and the Frog and more!
The outdoor movies are free to resort guests. Ask a Cast Member for a recreational activity calendar to see what movies are playing and when!
