Each Walt Disney World Resort has Accessible Rooms that may be able to accommodate your special needs.

When you call, be sure to state what type of accommodations you need. Some rooms have roll-in showers, others don't.

Some rooms are equipped for those with hearing or vision impairments. By being as specific as possible, you help ensure you get the room that best suits your needs.

Some, but not all accessible rooms may have the following features: low threshold at balcony; countertop microwave (in Disney Vacation Club Resorts); lower countertops and cabinets; vanity open below sink for roll up; touch switch lamp; electrical switches or thermostat 48" from floor.
