We were going to get Fastpasses for the safari to use after our Tusker House lunch when a CM noticed my birthday button. She said "come with me". We thought she was going to give us the Fastpasses but even better, she walked us through the long line to the front. She smiled and said "this is the place for birthday people." We were back in plenty of time for our Tusker House seating. Happy and thankful to a special cast member! – Alpha

We were at Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe when a member of the Dream Team asked if we'd like to be their family of the day. Of course! After purchasing our meal, I was escorted to a window booth – sprinkled with pixie dust and a prime view of the show. The Dream Team members waited for our meal then delivered it to our table with everything we could need (even extra napkins!) They presented us with a certificate and took a photo for us. It was the best vacation ever! – Mary Ellen Nunes

As we got off the Great Movie Ride, the Dream Team approached us. We had won a VIP tour guide for 4 hours! We got to go to the front of the line or into the Fastpass line when we wanted, got VIP seating for Beauty and the Beast and rode Toy Story Mania! two times in a row, bypassing the 1 1/2 hour Fastpass line. It was great! – Jill Johnson

As we were entering the Beauty and the Beast show, the greeter asked our daughter, Jordyn, if she would like to meet Princess Belle. Of course she said yes! We were ushered to VIP seating and after the show, Jordyn went up to the stage where she received a rose from the Prince and Belle. She was pretty proud of that rose for the rest of the trip! – Melanie Smith

While at Epcot, we were given a pass to attend a "Special Park Dream Time Event" after IllumiNations that night. We got a whole extra hour in Future World after the park guests left. The event started with a kickoff by the captain of the Dream Squad and Mickey Mouse himself! I estimated there were about 100 guests at the event. I got to ride Soarin! 3 times in a row. It was awesome! – James

My friend, Clare, had been unable to meet Winnie the Pooh on her only Disney World visit. So I made sure to make reservations at the Crystal Palace for our trip. When she finally met Pooh, she hugged him and started to cry. Pooh left the room and returned with a magical moment certificate signed by the characters. Later Pooh grabbed her arm and led her around the Crystal Palace. Thanks Pooh, you made my friend's day! – Kalin Johnson
