Rooms

The resort offers 1,680 villas in low-rise pastel buildings spread over 135 landscaped acres and arranged in eight "villages." Each village features a distinct architectural style and interior decor. Villa furnishings vary but reflect central Florida's semi-tropical climate and informal lifestyle. There are 76 ADA compliant villas; most are two-bedroom villas.

Room Amenities include: Cable/satellite TV, climate control air conditioning, telephone, voice mail, cooking facilities and utensils, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, microwave, cookware/dishes, hair dryer, separate living area, sofa bed, clock radio, iron/ironing board, in-room safe, ceiling fan.

One Bedroom Villa - Sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably. One Queen Bed in the bedroom and one queen sofa bed in the separate living area. Units range from 497-910 square feet. Fully equipped kitchen/kitchenette including microwave, oven, range, dishwasher, disposal, four-burner range and breakfast bar, refrigerator with ice maker, blender, coffee pot, toaster, two TVs and DVD players, all cooking utensils, four-chair dining set, washer/dryer, and hairdryer in the bathroom.

Two Bedroom Villa - Sleeps 6-8 guests. (NOTE: To accommodate 8 people, call 407-239-3100 -- otherwise, reservation will default to sleep 6.) One king bed in master bedroom, two double beds in second bedroom, and queen sleeper sofa in living room. Units range from 1081-1500 square feet. Tropical vibrant decor. Whirlpool tub in master bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and blender, washer/dryer, two bathrooms with showers. Master bath has separate walk-in shower and oversized whirlpool tub, built-in hairdryer in master bath, three color televisions and one DVD player, screened and furnished patio or balcony with ceiling fan, and three telephones.

Resort Policies

During periods of high occupancy, rooms may not be available upon arrival. Rooms will be made available for check-in as soon as possible. Luggage storage is available for early arrivals.

Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required upon check-in for incidental charges.

All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in.

Check-out time is 10 a.m.

Smoking Policy: The Sheraton Vistana Resort, Lake Buena Vista does not offer non-smoking
rooms. We strongly urge our owners and guests to restrict smoking to the balcony or exterior of the villa. A fee may be charged to cover the expense of restoring the smoke-free environment of our villas.

Dining

Cascades Pool Bar and Grill -- Tropical drinks and light meals. Weekly karaoke night and sunset-celebration night with live music.

Zimmie's Casual Eatery and Sports Bar -- Casual fare, with weekly family barbecue nights and all-you-can-eat pasta night. Häagen Dazs ice cream and Internet cafe.

Market Place -- Enjoy baked goods from our onsite bakery, freshly made Starbucks coffee, or come back midday to enjoy some of our hot and cold lunch offerings ranging from rotisserie chicken to deli sandwiches. Enjoy the business lounge area featuring a 42" plasma television, complimentary wifi internet access, and a virtual concierge providing current local information such as weather conditions, nearby restaurants and attractions, and local driving directions.

Recreation

The resort includes 13 lighted, complimentary tennis courts, a basketball court, sand volleyball courts, shuffleboard courts, ping pong tables, jogging paths, and a walking course with exercise stations. Bicycles and surrey bicycles are available for rent. Some fees may apply.

Other Information

Sheraton Vistana Resort is a Starwood Vacation Ownership Property. Similar to Disney's Vacation Club, unfilled inventory is made available on a "cash" basis to non-ownership guests. Your room location can not be guaranteed and will be based on availability at the time of check-in. As part of the check-in process, you will be directed to the Vacation Ownership desk to schedule a tour, if you desire. If you are not interested, simply let them know.
