Walt Disney World is one of the best places to celebrate special occasions. Let the pixies create an event for your proposal, birthday, anniversary or no occasion at all during, your trip to Central Florida.

A Cat Lover's Birthday Event

Cats are Characters, too! This birthday event was created for a cat lover who is also a Disney fan. Her husband and a good friend of the couple had requested the event. We arranged for this event to take place in the Magic Kingdom.

We sneakily got behind the birthday lady and presently her with a Ears hat decorated for a birthday. It was explained that the Disney cats had scampered around the park and hid presents for her.

She was given a card decorated with the Cheshire Cat from Disney's Alice in Wonderland. The clue read:

"The Cheshire has a grin/ 'cause he thinks it isfunny / That the gift he has hidden/ Is stuck inPooh's pot of Honey!" Hint: Look in the PoohShop"

Our birthday girl took awhile to find the gift at the store. It was fun for our pixies to watch because several people watched us hide the gift and stayed around just to see if she could find it. Even the store manager got involved in the event.

One she found the gift (Warm socks with cat designs), it was off to the next stop and the next. We do not want to tell you everywhere we sent her because there are cat lovers out there who might get this event as a gift someday and we don't want to give them any clues!

At the next few stops Birthday Girl received a Disney Cats photo frame, a bracelet with all the Disney Cats and their accessories on it (charm style), and then a Giftball (1000 feet of crepe paper and goodies). In the middle of the giftball was a birthday card from her family and a little Marie Beanie (from the Aristocats).

We asked everyone to close their eyes so we could make one last bit of magic and when they opened their eyes again the Marie Beanie was gone from the table and in its place was a very, very large plush Marie stuffed toy.

There was a family joke about white cats that we didn't know and this made the Marie even more special for them, which was wonderful considering we did not know about the white cat connection and just happened to choose this as the final gift. This way, we had a surprise, too!
