The burgers were fresh and tasty. We ate early around 11:15 and were able to order easily. The crowds picked up around 11:30.
I ordered cups of water instead of bottles of water and those are free. It's a good way to save money.

Went there on Friday December 4th. It was basically what you would expect, nothing fancy but good food. I had the pastrami burger. It was very good and filling. I liked that there was no wait and that I got right in. They made a mistake with my order but fixed it immediately and without complaint.
Over all it was a good experience.....

I have eaten at this restaurant twice and both times nobody in our party liked anything. I do not remember what exactly was eaten, but everything was either just so so or completely gross. There are so many better places to eat. I will not eat here again. The Gaston’s punch was good even though it was a little too sweet for me. I would try the punch if you want a sweet drink. Also, I have not tried breakfast there so maybe it has good breakfast.
Pros:
Not crowded, lots of seating, fun cottage look.Cons:
The food is the worst.Reviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 01/06/2021

I love Red Rose Tavern! The Beast’s burger for breakfast is delicious. don’t let the cream cheese scare you. It sounds weird on a burger but totally works! For lunch and dinner they have the coveted pomme frites, the same as Cafe Orleans but without the hassle of an advanced reservation. Lastly, Grey Stuff! Enough said.
