AAA - A AAA kiosk is located inside Disneyland to the left of City Hall. It is staffed by AAA employees who provide touring info to AAA members, including maps of the local area, brochures, hotel reservations, etc. During park hours they offer free flat tire and towing services to non-members.

Annual Pass Processing - Annual passes are issued at the Main Street Bank, located on the right near the Main Entrance.

ATMs - The ATM locations are: outside the Main Entrance (on the left by the restrooms), Main Street Bank, Frontierland (near the Shooting Arcade), Fantasyland (by the restrooms next to the Fantasyland Theatre), and Tomorrowland (inside Starcade).

Attire - Proper attire, including shirts and shoes, must be worn at all times.

Baby Changing/Nursing - The Baby Care Center is located at the end of Main Street between the Plaza Inn and Main Street Photo Supply.

Baby Strollers - Rentals are available in different locations depending upon the time of year. During the busy seasons rentals for both Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure are available at a tent set up in the esplanade between the two parks. During slower times, stroller rentals are available within Disneyland just inside the Main Entrance on the right. Strollers are $10/day. You may park-hop with strollers, but you may not take them beyond the Security perimeter. By showing their Disney Visa card at the main entrance/esplanade location, card holders can rent up to two strollers a day for free.

Credit Cards - Disney accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, and The Disney Credit Card. Travelers Checks and cash are also accepted. Your Disney resort ID can serve as a charge card -- inquire at the Front Desk when you check in.

First Aid - Located at the end of Main Street between the Plaza Inn and Main Street Photo Supply.

Kennels - Pet care facilities are located at the Main Entrance of Disneyland, to the far right. Daily boarding is available only, no overnight stays. The charge is $15 per pet per day.

Lockers are located outside the entrance gates to the far left near the restrooms. Additional lockers are located inside the park on Main Street -- take the side street on the right by the Market House -- and a few lockers are in Fantasyland outside the Fantasyland Theatre. Lockers are $7, $10, $11, $12 or $15 per day, depending on size. Lockers are electronically locked and unlocked - there are special kiosks at all locker locations that accept payment (either cash or credit cards) and dispense a magnetic card (like an ATM card) that is used to lock/unlock the locker.

Lost and Found -- Lost and Found for the entire resort is located to the left of the Main Entrance to Disney's California Adventure.

Lost Children - Children under the age of 10 will be escorted to the Lost Children facility at the Baby Care Center.

Package Check Service - You may leave your purchases for pickup later in the day at the following locations: Newsstand (near the Main Entrance), Star Trader (Tomorrowland), and Pioneer Mercantile (Frontierland). Guests at any of the Disney resorts may have their purchases delivered to Bell Services at their resort for next-day pickup.

Picnic Area - A picnic area is available outside the park to the left of the Main Entrance near the restrooms. The picnic area is outside the Security Check area. Lockers are located nearby for those who might wish to leave their food in the lockers and then eat at the picnic area but visitors must pass through Security to access both lockers and restrooms.

Readmission Policy - If you leave the park and will return the same day, you must get your hand stamped when you exit. To reenter the park, you must present your valid ticket and your handstamp.

Smoking - For the comfort of all guests, smoking is allowed in designated areas only.

Wheelchairs - Limited numbers of wheelchairs are available for rent to guests with disabilities at the Stroller Shop on the right just inside the Main Entrance. The rental fee is $10 per day plus a $20 deposit, which is refunded when the wheelchair is returned. Electric Convenience Vehicles can be (subject to availability) rented at the Stroller Shop also ($35+$20 deposit). Guests must be at least 18 to operate an ECV. You may park-hop with wheelchairs and ECVs but may not take the outside of the Security perimeter. During busier times of year, wheelchair/ECV rental for both Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure is located in a temporary tent set up in the esplanade between the two parks.
