Laura will cover the Tinker Bell Half Marathon Expo so I am going to focus on what has changed since my last visit three weeks ago. Starting off with a video clip overview of the Star Wars construction from the Mickey and Friends Parking Structure.
In the three weeks since my last visit the attraction show building steel has expanded more and a second crane is onsite starting the second show building.
Here is the second crane on the left (north) side of the other.

Cars 3 banners along the parade route.
Unlike past films which had more elaborate signs the Cars 3 one is just a banner.
It appears there will be no major changes to the Guardians FastPass distribution area.

Just some small barriers around the entrance and left side of the attraction.
The sign on the corner is covered up still.
At Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel one pool and spa have reopened.
Guardians lit up for the evening.
A couple video clips of the area.
Disneyland Drive looked like a parking lot when I was leaving with traffic at a near standstill as far as you could see.
