September is Disneyanna Time at Walt Disney World! The annual event brings in folks from around the world. This year the convention celebrates world cultures, inspired by the classic theme park attraction "It's a Small World," originally designed for the 1964 New York World's Fair.

At Disneyanna, you'll can meet Disney Legends, participate in workshops that will take you behind-the-scenes to see how the Disney magic is made, and watch as talented Disney artists share their artistic insights.

Each year, the general public has two opportunities to participate in convention festivities: Disneyana Auction Sept. 7 with a preview 3-7 p.m. and bidding 7-9:30 p.m. Auction admission is $25.

On Public Day, Sept. 9, 1-6 p.m., guests are invited to bid on convention collectibles and share in the entertainment and excitement of this one-of-a-kind event. Admission is $10.

Fort Wilderness has a nightly campfire show open to kids of all ages beginning at 8:00pm.

Come and sing all your favorite campfire songs with Chip 'n' Dale. Located in the Meadow, near the Bike Barn, the theater under the stars is a fabulous place to get into that Disney spirit while roastin' marshmallows.

Stay after the show to see a Disney classic! The movie starts at 8:40pm. You can contact the Fort Wilderness Front Desk to learn what movies will be playing 5 days in advance. Movie info further out than 5 days is not available. The show and movie are free, marshmallows and snacks are extra.

In inclement weather the sing-along moves to the Meadow Pool for a good ol' country back porch jam!
