Disney Recipe: Make the Iconic Star Wars Blue Milk at Home!

The blue milk has been a staple of Disney’s Galaxy’s Edge snack options since the land opened. It was so popular that it found its way onto the Galactic Starcruiser. Now, we’ve intercepted the transmission for just how to make these right from your own home!

Here’s what you’re going to need:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened lite coconut milk
  • 1-½ DOLE® Bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon vegan blue food coloring
  • 1 cup ice cubes

It’s also worth noting that if you are allergic to Tree Nuts, you’ll want to steer clear of trying this recipe for now.

Directions

Combine all your ingredients — coconut milk, bananas, maple syrup, cinnamon, food coloring, and ice — into a blender. Be sure to cover while blending, and blend until the blue milk reaches a smooth consistency.
