A Magic Key pass can get you some nice perks in Disneyland.
Magic Keys are what Disneyland calls their Annual Passes. You’ll get access to special experiences, exclusive dining, discounts on food and merchandise, and more. There’s just one problem — if you don’t already have a Magic Key, getting one has proved difficult: sales on new Magic Key passes were most recently paused in September 2023 (although renewals were allowed). Well, Disney has revealed that Magic Key sales will resume SOON!
Disney announced that NEW Magic Key sales will resume on January 10th, 2024, no earlier than 9AM PST. All four tiers of passes will be available at the following prices:
- Inspire Key: $1,649
- Believe Key: $1,249
- Enchant Key: $849
- Imagine Key; $499
Magic Key not only gets you park admission, but you also get 20% off purchases of Disney Genie+, up to 20% off merchandise, up to 15% off dining, and discounted or free parking, depending on pass type. Blockout dates and specific perks do vary depending on pass type, so be sure to read through everything before you purchase.
There are limited quantities of each pass available, so you will have to be quick! So mark those calendars and set that alarm. Note that even after passes sell out, though, renewals will still be available up to 30 days before your pass expires.
