Many guests who fly to or from Disney World may find themselves at Orlando International Airport.
But flying out of the Orlando International Airport can mean having to deal with SUPER LONG security lines. The airport has introduced a FREE program that can make your security wait shorter, but it was pretty restricted in terms of its availability. But now we’ve got an important update!
The program we’re talking about is called MCO Reserve and it’s TOTALLY free. Basically, the program allows you to pre-register for a time slot to go through security. When you get to the airport, you’ll have access to an exclusive (and shorter!) MCO Reserve security line.
The program’s hours were previously VERY limited (usually from about 5AM to 11AM), but that has recently changed. You can now access MCO Reserve from 5:00am to 5:00pm, and your flight is eligible if it’s between 6:30AM to 8:30PM.Â
Great news! The hours for MCO Reserve have been extended. If your flight is between 6:30am & 8:30pm, book a timeslot to go through security, scan your reservation, and wait in an exclusive, shorter lane for free!

You can reserve your spot in security 72 hours before your flight. We suggest getting it as soon as you can because those spots are limited and can fill up quickly.
Considering that the other ways to skip the long security lines at Orlando International Airport typically include paid services like TSA PreCheck, this is a great free alternative if you’ll be flying out of Orlando soon!
We’ll let you know about any other changes happening at the Orlando Airport, so make sure you check back with AllEars often!
