We were all quite pleasantly surprised by this place. We were lead upstairs to a nice, cool, quiet room, and had about a nice of a lunch as we have had at Universal. Overall, Disney still has it over Universal when it comes to dining, but this place is a step in the right direction for Universal. Will definitely return.

Pros:

Quiet, cool, really good food

We had eaten here in 2021 and really enjoyed it, but we just didn't feel like we had the same quality of food and service this time. It is just ok, but the seating in the ac is great and it is pretty easy to get in here.

Pros:

lots of indoor seating pretty easy to get a reservation

Cons:

service was not the best food is just ok

T his is my number one choice for a sit down table service restaurant between Islands and Universal. There are so many interesting things to look at for the theming inside, food has always been wonderful with some adventurous choices as well as options for more picky eaters. It's a moderate volume inside and we feel comfortable bringing our toddler to dine here. Each time we have visited the service was great and I love the cocktail menu (watermelon lemonade). I loved that my server let me know when i was debating a second drink that I could take one to go with me! Our favorite dishes here are the sticky ribs and ahi tuna nachos. Both portions are very large and I feel these are unique dishes done right.

Pros:

Unique food choices, service, cold delicious cocktails, family friendly

Cons:

None
