Tamale - Shredded pork and potato tamale topped with salsa roja and cotija cheese or shredded chicken tamale topped with salsa verde and cotija cheese.

Chile Relleno - Pasilla chile stuffed with three blend cheese and topped with fire roasted tomato ranchera sauce.
