Mexico Tequila Tastings


Come taste authentic Mexican tequila and learn about the history and traditions around its production from a true Tequila Master. This new location offers appetizer samplings of ceviche and tostada as guests embark on their tequila flight.

La Cava del Tequila, Mexico Pavilion Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at 3:00 p.m.

Food & Wine Pairings


These late afternoon sessions are great opportunities to discover a marriage of 3 regional wines with 3 tasting-size portions of cuisines from select Epcot restaurants. A wine representative will moderate each session and the themes will vary according to location. Featured wineries and menu selections change daily.

Cheese Seminars


Learn about cheese from expert "fromagers" from the Artisanal Premium Cheese Center in New York City and other cheese industry professionals. The featured cheese will be paired with selected wines–introduced by a knowledgeable wine representative.

Adventures in Wine Varietals


Delight in comparative tastings hosted by an expert wine educator who will highlight the regional influence of a single grape varietal. Each event will focus on a different varietal, giving Guests the opportunity to learn how different wine-making methods affect the characteristics of the wine.

Enjoy this fabulous and comprehensive afternoon program facilitated by a prestigious wine authority. The session engages the flavors and traditions of distinctive wine cultures, teaches you how to distinguish several regional wines by taste and concludes with a celebratory reception and certificate of completion.

Celebrating Family & Friends in the Kitchen


This enchanting 3-course lunch celebrates the joys of preparing a meal with family and friends. The hosts will engage attendees and demonstrate how to prepare an appetizer, main course and dessert. A notable winery representative will also be on hand to pair each course with a selection from their premium wines.

Party for the Senses -- Celebrating Epicurean Themes


Delight in a tribute to the sensory arts! Each Saturday night of the Festival, the evening comes alive in a celebration of gastronomy at its best, combined with world-class musical acts, an elegant lounge filled with fellow food enthusiasts and more. Reserve your seat at the Eat to the Beat! Concert Series at the America Gardens Theatre and settle in for a performance by a big-name musical artist. Immediately following the performance, the World ShowPlace becomes the setting for a grand culinary event. You're invited to wander among tempting tasting stations in the midst of imaginative décor and entertainment. Also NEW this year is the Wine View Lounge: an exclusive area within Party for the Senses where you can mingle, relax and engage in pleasant conversation. For an additional fee, enhance your experience with amenities such as private reserved tables, premium bar and an artisanal cheese station.
