Discover more than 300 varieties of wines from the cellars of the prestigious wineries showcased at the Festival's seminars and dinners. Meet representatives from over 100 wineries and purchase their wines by the glass at the Meet the Winemaker location.

Authentic Tastes Lecture Series

Enjoy these complimentary 45–minute seminars on the origins, tastes and traditions of such diverse ingredients as chocolate, olive oil, coffee and salts of the world.

Culinary Demonstrations

Discovery an interactive zone with activities for all ages, step on the Mission Foods Tortilla scale and find out what you weigh in tortillas! See how many tortillas it would take to equal the weight of an average auto or the Empre State Building!

The Art of Preparing Tea - hosted by Twinings® - (World Showcase, United Kingdom, behind Twinings® Tea Caddy in courtyard). Discover how tea became a British tradition and learn from a Master Brewer where the best tea leaves are grown and how they are transformed to make the perfect cup!

9 a.m. - dusk, only on weekends. Meet a beekeeper and peer into see-through observation hives to watch thousands of honeybees at work.

Nuts About Peanuts - hosted by the Peanut Advisory Board - Daily 9a.m. - dusk - Attend Peanut University and test your knowledge of this delicious and nutritious treat! Meet a peanut farmer, pick up your own peanut starter kit and grab a bag of peanuts.

Fun at the Land! (Future World West, The Land Pavilion)

Living with the Land - Bountiful Harvest! - The Land Greenhouses celebrate the fall harvest with a colorful pumpkins and melons and our USA-exclusive tomato "trees" laden with hundreds of fruits. Search the pumpkin patches for 200+ pound giants, then feast your eyes on the hanging melon and gourd gardens. Look closely for Hidden Mickeys growing throughout the greenhouses!

Behind the Seeds Greenhouse Tour - Please call 407.WDW.TOUR for reservations. Take the entire family on an interactive backstage tour of The Land greenhouses and fish farm. Get up-close and personal with gigantic fruits, good bugs, fish and alligators! Do the herb-and-spice challenge, taste-test a greenhouse-grown vegetable, and sprout a seed in your pocket. Bring your camera and take home ideas for growing your own food at home!
