in Orlando for Second Annual Meeting

ROCKVILLE,
Md., November 30, 2004 — MouseFest, the world's largest annual gathering
of Disney-related Internet communities, guidebook authors and travel experts
will be held December 5 – December 13, 2004, at Walt Disney World in Orlando,
Florida. MouseFest brings together in one geographic spot members of an
enormous worldwide family of Disney enthusiasts from all walks of life,
many of whom have only interacted electronically via e-mail and the Internet.

MouseFest
features a variety of activities, including a cruise and special meals,
and features the Mega Mouse Meet, where hundreds of cyberfriends come
together with dozens of leading Disney-related website webmasters and
guidebook authors.

MouseFest
is organized by Deb Wills, founder of www.allearsnet.com, one of the world's
