Lentil Salad

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:
12 ounces lentils
3 ounces mayonnaise
1 ounce chopped green bell pepper
1 ounce chopped red bell pepper
1 ounce chopped red onions
1 teaspoon lemon juice
salt
pepper

Method of Preparation:
Boil lentils (do not over cook), wash, drain and let cool.  Add all ingredients and mix well.  Serve chilled.
