Recipes Au Gratin Potatoes Boatwright’s Port Orleans Riverside

Ingredients:

1.5 pounds Sliced Potatoes
4 ounces Pecorino Cheese
4 ounces Diced Onions
½ quart Heavy Cream
1 ounce Bacon Fat
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper

Method of preparation:

Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well. Place mixture in baking pan and bake for 45 min. at 375°.
