Walt Disney World is one of the best places to celebrate special occasions.  Let the pixies create an event for your proposal, birthday, anniversary or no occasion at all during your trip to Central Florida.

Wedding Aniversary Event

This was a wedding anniversary event for a couple named Mike and Patricia. The event was commissioned by their adult children, who wanted an event that would end at the brick that they had purchased for their parents a year earlier. No one in the family had seen the brick in place and they didn't even know where it was. (although that was easy to find out!) Once we found the brick ourselves we determined the ending to our event.

Mike and Patricia were sitting having a cold soda break when they saw a book by their table that had their names and wedding date on it. They retrieved the book and found that it had been written about them! It included information from past Disney trips and gave details only they or their family could know. Then it spoke of a villain's curse that had been put on them during the last trip. The story informed them that they were doomed to spend eternity in their least favorite attraction (Tiki Room) unless they could appease the villains by gathering tokens of magic and having a ceremony performed that would override the spell.

Mike and Patricia were laughing hysterically before they finished reading the story. With their children (including their son's fiancée), they began their quest for the tokens. First, they had to ride Snow White's Scary Adventures and then look around outside for Evil Queen's poison apple. Once they had the apple they needed to ride the Haunted Mansion and then find the perfect heart for the Queen of Hearts near the Pet Cemetery. Then they needed to gather golden coins scattered around the castle gardens for Prince John. Finally they needed to bring the tokens  out from the park and take the bus back to their hotel.

But half way to the bus stop they were stopped by a Pixie. "I see you have tokens of villains. Do you wish a spell to be reversed?" Mike replied "Yes, please remove this spell and keep the villains away."  He was laughing and Pat and the rest of the family were having a great time, too. The Pixie waved her Tinker Bell wand and circled the tokens three times. "Now we must see if the spell is lifted. You must each bite the apple. There was a lot of joking here and each tried to make the other take the first bite of the previously "poisoned" apple, but once that was done the Pixie gave them the heart.

"Now see if this heart is pure by giving it a Hug.  This was a battery operated plush. When you hugged it, it would start beating. Now THAT was a funny moment. Finally, they were handed the golden coins and told they had to be put in a chalice the Pixie held. The pixie then poured water into the chalice and waved the wand again. She said "IF the spell  has been lifted then the only thing that will fall from this cup when it is turned upside down is pixie dust!" Then she turned the cup over and magically, pixie dust was the only thing that floated down from the cup and on to the ground.

The Pixie then pointed to the brick the Pixie Dust had come to rest on "The spell has been broken and magic is restored." When Mike and Patricia looked down they saw that this brick was the one that their children had bought for them.

After the tears of joy and laughter they all returned to the park for dinner at the Castle and  fireworks. And it didn't rain that night.

That was very magical Pixie Dust!

We enjoy customizing this event for different people and the event is always different for everyone. The book is a one-of-a-kind, the tokens are always changing and there has only been one "brick" ending.

Sometimes an event such as this is done for a honeymoon. Someday it will be the prelude to an engagement. But it will never be exactly the way it was for Mike and Patricia.
